Covid Notice January 2022

Like many businesses, First Ireland is currently experiencing an increase in Covid-19 related absence. Unfortunately this may impact the length of time you are holding on our phone lines before you reach an available staff member. We assure you that this is temporary and doing all we can to provide our excellent customer care and minimise the impact on customers.

If you are calling to renew a policy please pay on line which may be more convenient for you.

If you are calling regarding documentation, please note that An Post are also being impacted by Covid-19 related absence so you may not receive your documents as quickly as usual. Please bear this mind & allow for extra time for your documentation to reach you.

We apologise for any inconvenience this situation may cause. The Health and Safety of our Staff and Customers are, as always, our priority.
