Why Schedule an Appointment?
The Covid pandemic has led to many changes in our working lives and how businesses deliver services to their clients. During this difficult time we continued to serve our clients to the highest standards and feel positive about how we as a company responded to the challenges of Covid. Over the last 24 months our public office at Parkgate Street has remained closed to the public. Our staff continued to work from home and from within our Parkgate Street office to ensure we provided our customers with the best possible service. After a lot of consideration we have decided that our current working arrangement is the best approach for us to take at this time. With the governments recommendations on hybrid working for the future in mind we have made the decision that our staff will continue to work from both home and Parkgate Street Office, however the office will remain closed to walk-in customers.
What will this mean for our customers?
Our reception area on Parkgate Street will not be re-opening for our customers on a walk-in basis. With many of our staff working from home daily, it would be difficult to balance a high standard service for both face to face and telephone customers. We appreciate not everyone can conduct their business over the telephone and therefore we will operate an appointment service for those customers that require assistance in person. We believe this new working arrangement is a positive one in terms of staff welfare, facilitating home working arrangements and customer service, by ensuring all of our staff can continue to provide an efficient service to you.
