Job Overview
A Life and Pensions Client Executive is responsible for the day to day administration and support functions within the division.

    Principal Accountabilities:
  • Ensure the interests of clients and the integrity of the market is at the centre of the way you do business

  • Identify the needs and objectives of the client and provide best advice based on information gathered and research conducted

  • Treat clients fairly at all times

  • Act in a compliant and ethical manner at all times

  • Only process and share data for the purpose for which it was given

  • Working closely with our Financial Consultants to provide a high level of service to new and existing clients

We are looking to hire an eager and ambitious person to work in our busy head office. The successful candidate will initially work in our scanning division and aim to progress to train as a Client Services Trainee Executive after approximately 12 months.
    The scanning role involves:
  • Scanning insurance related documentation, tag and file in client file location.

  • Perform searches to match insurance documentation to correct client files.

  • Provide support to Client Services division and Sales Administrators.

  • Perform post room duties, sorting, franking, collection, delivery of post.

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of insurance broker processes so as to progress.

  • Communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders across various business departments.
